2. Processing Time

• - Orders are processed and packed within [1-3] business days. For certain items requiring custom designs or special handling, processing time may be longer. We will inform you individually on a case-by-case basis.
• - We ensure all products are in brand-new, pristine condition before handing them over to the carrier.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
